Order Processing & Dispatch

• We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

• Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Express Delivery (UK Only)

• Flat Rate: £14.99 for all orders

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day, with delivery in 1–3 working days after dispatch.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched on the next working day.

• All returns must be sent by mail only

• Returns made without prior contact may not be accepted
