Order Processing & Dispatch

• We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

• Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Express Delivery (UK Only)

• Flat Rate: £14.99 for all orders

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day, with delivery in 1–3 working days after dispatch.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products purchased through our website.

Return Window

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

• All tags and labels must be attached

• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

• Items that have been cut, drilled, altered, installed, or used

Return Method & Fees

• All returns must be sent by mail only

• Returns made without prior contact may not be accepted

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged

• No restocking fees apply

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
