Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
• Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Express Delivery

• For urgent deliveries, we offer an Express Delivery service.
• Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday) qualify for next-day or 1–2 working day delivery.
• This service is handled by a trusted private courier to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional courier delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately, and we will liaise with the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds for eligible purchases made through our website, subject to the following conditions:

Return Window

• Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  
• For any other reason (e.g., change of mind or wrong item), you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• All returns must be completed within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Returned Items

• Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in their original, unopened packaging.
• We reserve the right to decline a return if the item appears used, damaged, or not in resalable condition.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or received damaged.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note, the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Please report damaged or faulty items within 24 hours of delivery.
• To process your claim, email us clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made, altered, or specially ordered products (e.g., items cut to specification or drilled) are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
  This includes items cut to size, drilled to specification, or otherwise modified at your request.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Orders

• If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you're responsible for the return shipping.
• Postage costs in these situations are not refundable.
