Where We Deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched on the same working day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

Our courier typically delivers within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Cost

A flat delivery rate of £14.49 applies to all orders. All shipments are fully tracked.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

• Your unique tracking number

• A direct link to monitor your parcel's progress in real time

If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, courier delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.

Missing, Late, or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

1. Photograph the parcel and any visible damage.

2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Keep all original packaging until the issue is fully resolved.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or full refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

Return Window

Most products may be returned within:

• 14 calendar days from the date of delivery

Eligibility for Returns

 To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unopened, and in their original condition

• Include all original packaging, labels, accessories, and components

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items That Cannot Be Returned

 For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:

• Products with broken hygiene seals

• Personal-use items where protective packaging has been removed

No items are classed as "final sale" unless they fall under the hygiene-based restrictions above.

Exchanges

 We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

3. We will issue a Return Reference Number (RRN) and provide full return instructions, including the return address.

Important: Returns sent without a valid RRN may not be processed and could face delays.

Refunds
